Circular Stone Economy

Rubble
becomes
material.

Broken countertops, demolished facades, and offcut slabs — crushed, sorted, and engineered into terrazzo aggregate, reclaimed tile, and certified recycled stone.

Engineering Process

The recycling chain,
step by step.

Four engineered stages that transform demolition waste into specification-grade material. Every step documented. Nothing improvised.

Intake & Grading

Every load arriving at the facility undergoes visual and spectrometric grading. We separate marble from granite, travertine from limestone — because the output quality depends on what goes in. Contractors receive a certified intake receipt with material classification and estimated yield.

Jaw + Cone Reduction

Crushing & Sizing

A jaw crusher reduces slabs to sub-100mm fragments. A secondary cone crusher then produces three calibrated fractions: 0–5mm fines, 5–20mm aggregate, and 20–40mm coarse fill. Fraction ratios are logged per batch — no blended mystery product.

Attrition Scrubbing + Optical Sort

Washing & Color Sort

A rotating attrition scrubber removes cement paste, adhesive residue, and surface contamination using recirculated process water. Optical sorting cameras then separate white, cream, grey, and dark aggregate streams — enabling designers to specify color families, not just generic recycled stone.

From Rubble to Specification

Finished Applications

The same material that arrived as a demolished hotel lobby floor leaves as a certified LEED aggregate for a new one. Terrazzo tiles carry 95% recycled content. Engineered stone slabs carry full chain-of-custody documentation. Hotel lobbies, airport terminals, and residential kitchens — all from what was once landfill.
